I find that journaling all I can helps me to keep track of my thoughts, feelings, and habits I've been holding onto. Especially if I journal with Crystals near me. Having a Smoky Quartz near me while I journal helps me to detox from my day. I tend to release any bad energy I may have absorbed throughout my day. I also find that journaling will help me break free from any fears that I feel are holding me back.
